Our groups range from students and special interest to business and incentives.
We take pride in providing individual attention for your group arrangements, whether you are a local vacation care group, a student group or an exclusive night function.
Subject to your requirements, groups can join our extensive daily activity program and dine at leisure from the daily menu at Lilies Restaurant or choose an individually customised itinerary with exclusive and semi-exclusive wildlife activities.
Tailored meals can be served on the deck overlooking Hartley’s Lagoon or at our Gondwana Grill amongst the kangaroos and wallabies. Our prices vary according to your budget, time constraints and any special requests you may have, which we always do our utmost to accommodate, wherever possible.
As evening falls, Hartley’s Night Adventures – our exclusive group offering - presents a distinctive combination of activities tailored to provide the most memorable of evenings for pre-arranged functions.
Lilies Licensed Restaurant overlooks the spectacular Hartley’s Lagoon which is home to a variety of aquatic species including a colony of large estuarine crocodiles.

This superb venue is also available for breakfasts and late afternoon cocktail functions on route to other destinations such as Palm Cove, Port Douglas, Cairns.
Since opening in 2002 we’ve hosted product launches, award ceremonies, corporate dinners, high-level government dinners and pre-scheduled dinners and activity programs for international series and cruise ship groups which visit our region and are looking for a ‘wow factor’ experience to incorporate into their program.
