Entry only tickets do not need to be pre-booked. Please pay on the day at the Admissions desk.
Your admission fee includes one boat ride. Subject to demand, you will be allocated the next available cruise time. Extra times will be allocated during busy periods. Cruise time approximately 20 minutes.

Hartley’s Crocodile Adventures is open from 8.30 am through to 5.00 pm every day, except Christmas Day and Sunday the 14th June due to the closure of the Captain Cook Highway for Cairns Iron Man event.

What's Included
The admission price includes access to the wildlife displays and natural areas, all wildlife presentations, at least one boat ride on Hartley’s Lagoon, various self-guided walks and free wildlife information sheets. In the event of adverse weather conditions or operational requirements, we reserve our right to restrict access to some areas and amend boat cruise times to ensure visitor safety. Activities, capacities and times may be altered without notice.
Packages including coach transfers, Premium Wildlife Encounters (e.g. Zootastic 5) or breakfast (Hartley’s Koala Breakfast) MUST be pre-booked.
*Children (4 to 15 years) must be accompanied by a responsible adult who is required to actively supervise the children in their care. It is our strict policy that unaccompanied children will be refused entry. Vouchers, coupons or annual passes are also subject to set conditions.

Self-Drive
Entry only tickets do not need to be pre-booked. Entry to Hartley’s Crocodile Adventures includes a Boat Cruise and scheduled Wildlife Presentations.
Coach Transfers
Bookings essential. Return coach transfers are available from major hotels in the Cairns city area, most hotels and caravan parks in Palm Cove, Trinity Beach pickups are from the Bus Stop Corner or Moore and Trinity Beach road and most accommodation in Port Douglas. Pickup times will be advised upon booking.
3 day Return pass
Your Entry to Hartley's is valid for 3 consecutive days (subject to availability).
Self-drive admission tickets are valid for three consecutive days from the date of first entry, allowing visitors to return as many times as they want within three days.
Conditions apply:
- Your Park Map must be stamped and validated by a Hartley's staff member on your first day’s visit.
- The Pass is strictly non-transferable and proof of ID on re-entry is essential.
- The availability of boat cruise tickets on return visits is at the discretion of management, based on seat availability.
DAILY WILDLIFE PRESENTATIONS
Refer to Park Map supplied on arrival for the locations of the various Wildlife Presentations. No extra charge for Wildlife Presentations. Attendance is voluntary.
